The Westfield-Washington Historical Society in Westfield Indiana will teach you anything you want to know about Westfield’s history. History is a wonderful learning tool and we must protect and preserve our past. A Westfield-Washington Township historical museum is in the works and the community supports the project. The historical society feels it is very important to preserve the past. They feel that historical societies ignite our imaginations and teach us respect for our past accomplishments. We must grow from our past mistakes and exceed our past accomplishments. The historical society offers, frequent meetings, education programs, and many events. It is important to the society that we learn and celebrate history.
Become a member of the Westfield-Historical Society for a very small yearly fee or commit to a sponsorship level. You can print a sponsorship form off of their website and return it with your dues or submit the form on line. Contributions to the society are tax deductable. Your membership will include the opportunity to network with people that have a common interest in history, newsletters, and recognition. Some of the current sponsors are Annual Little Eagle Creek, Union Bible College and Academny, and Hal Montgomery.
