A 90-acre nature park is located on U.S. 31 two miles south of Westfield Indiana. Forest Park, a fifty five acre park in Noblesville, offers swimming, tennis, baseball, camping, picnicking, miniature golf, and the Indiana Museum of  Transportation and Communication. Morse Reservoir is nearby, offering water sports, and Conner Prairie Settlement is just a few miles away. The Buckeye Campground and Hillside Beach Club are located on S.R. 32 a quarter mile east of U.S. 31. Facilities included are campground, picnic area, beach, and fishing. Several public and private golf courses are located within minutes of Westfield. Westfield also offers a wonderful nature preserve named Cool Creek Park.

How does a 5.0%%-5.5% commission work when listing your home with msWoods Real Estate?

The listing fee paid to msWoods Real Estate for representing you in the sale of your home, is 1.5%-2.0%. We recommend our clients offer the typical 3.0%-3.5% selling fee, the fee paid to the agent who brings the buyer, for maximum co-broker cooperation. This makes your total commission 5.0%-5.5%, and is based on the sales price of your home.

What is a listing fee?

The listing fee is the fee you ( the seller) pay to the Realtor/Broker who lists your home. This realtor represents you in the sale of your home, and markets your home to other realtors and the public.  msWoods Real Estate fee is 1.5%-2.0%, for full service.You will save you thousands!

What is a selling fee?

The selling fee is the fee paid to the realtor/broker who brings the buyer to your home. If you are a buyer, it is the fee your Realtor gets paid when representing you in the purchase of a home. Typically, this fee is 3.0%-3.5%, and is paid by the seller.  Buyer’s working with msWoods agents reieve a cash closing gift, as long as they meet the qualifications.

What can I do with my closing gift?

Your closing gift is paid to you with in seven days after closing. If you are financing your home purchase, it can go toward closing costs, reducing the amount of cash you need to close your transaction. If you are paying cash, it can go for moving expenses, new furniture, or a cash credit at closing.

When do I get my closing gift?

Within seven business days from your closing date.

Do I have to buy a home listed with msWoods Real Estate to get the closing gift?
